	Brian Bartes is an author, speaker and success coach. For more than 20 years, Brian has devoted himself to the areas of personal development, success, motivation, and leadership, and applying what he has learned as a practitioner. Brian has worked through the years with top success coaches like Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, and Mark Victor Hansen. He received coach training from Coach University, and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alma College, and an MBA from Wayne State University. Brian lives in Plymouth, Michigan with his wife and four children.
	Jennifer White, founder of JWC Group, passed away suddenly on June 10, 2001— an hour after her 33rd birthday. Prior to her passing, Jen had become one of the world's most sought-after success coaches. Jennifer is the author of the books Work Less, Make More: Stop Working So Hard and Create The Life You Really Want! (John Wiley & Sons, 1999), and Drive Your People Wild Without Driving Them Crazy: Leadership Lessons For The New Economy (Capstone, 2001). Her nationally syndicated column was read by 1 million business professionals.
She appeared on numerous radio and TV shows and in hundreds of publications including USA Today, The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, San Jose Mercury News, and Entrepreneur Magazine. Jennifer was awarded the Master Coach Certification (MCC), a prestigious designation earned by just 1% of the coaches in the world. She had also served on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation, the leading professional organization for the coaching industry.
