I decided to take my own advice and find a compatible group that could be a sounding board and support network. So I have been attending some working lunches of an informal network of personal and executive coaches.

Jennifer White, local success coach and author of the recently released book "Work Less, Make More" spoke at our last lunch. Jennifer is a dynamic, persuasive woman whose book, if you really do all the mental exercises, will make you sweat. She wrote the book based on her own experiences with transformation as well as lessons culled from clients.

She writes: "Work Less, Make More is not an easy program... You'll need to take a good look at how you got to where you are right now...You'll have to make some hard decisions... take some dramatic actions."

Everyone will find tough questions in Ms. White's book. You need to answer them, no matter how long it takes. You'll also start learning her 10-point plan with its many solid suggestions for regaining focus and become more effective.

Are you thinking of starting a buisness? The Work Less, Make More approach, done with the same fervor you're putting into your business and marketing plan, will let you launch it and maintain balance in your life.
